User Group Schedules with Bosch B series and G series control panels with firmware version 3.15 now support complete management. New! Alternate System Profile Templates

System Profile Templates have been expanded with new alternate options which allow for more flexibility in pre-defining permissions. You can now specify up to 5 alternate profile options for each system within the template. These alternate options can be used for variations of the standard profile. New DMP Persistent Connection Method - No Inbound Ports & Fast Command Processing!

The DMP XR & XF Series control panels may now be programmed with a persistent connection option. Once programmed, the control panel makes an outbound connection to the Connect ONE cloud and the connection is held open. Webhook Integration with Visitor Management Platforms

Webhooks provide a universal method for integrating with other systems for entry and removal of users such as Visitor Management. The Webhooks are a part of the UserAPI and therefore the UserAPI service must be subscribed. Once configured, external systems can trigger incoming webhooks to Connect ONE to add a new user with system code including additional parameters such as activation and expiration dates. New Testing Feature with Temporary Device Signal Options

New temporary device signal options can be scheduled for a desired timeframe. Previously the signal choices were permanent and had to be manually restored after testing. Now you can set a temporary signal option for the testing period and it will automatically revert back after the desired date. Temporary options include: Process Only, Log & Process, Log Only (NEW), or Ignore. Generally during testing the recommended options are Log Only or Ignore. You can now view video playback from associated cameras on any event in the Monitor->Activity log. Previously playback was only possible when the event was linked in an Interaction->Event Rule to capture camera snapshots at the time of the event.
