Unlike a typical dealer login, an agency login provides limited, dealer-controlled access only to customer site locations that have been shared with them.
With designated permissions, agencies can:

✅ Activate the emergency dashboard
✅ Add or modify system codes, including access credentials

Recent Usability Improvements
Customer Management Portal
- Additional Camera Playback Options with Video Verification Notifications: Additional options have been added when reviewing camera recorded playback from integrated NVRs to start the video 75 and 90 seconds prior to the event. This is useful with door prop alarms to see the opening of the door prior to the prop timer expiration.
- Programming Error Event: Now if there is a programming error event it will display in the pending commands list along with the command status, previously it was required to run a report to see the details of programming command errors in the customer application.
- Top Menu Preference: A new user preference has been added to show a menu with the top header along with the side-panel menu.
Dealer Administrative Portal & System Updates
- TIP: Check the Configuration page for the Device as it includes recommended programming for the particular product and firmware version.
