The Emergency First-Responder Platform is built into the Connect ONE Dealer Application, allowing agencies like police departments to be added as platform users. Unlike a typical dealer login, an agency login provides limited, dealer-controlled access only to customer site locations that have been shared with them.

With designated permissions, agencies can:

✅ Activate the emergency dashboard
✅ Add or modify system codes, including access credentials

Recent Usability Improvements

Customer Management Portal

  • Improvement of Camera Playback: An improvement has been made when reviewing camera recorded playback from integrated NVRs for a more real-time experience.
  • Agency System Codes: Now agency system codes for law enforcement are reviewable in the customer application, previously only shown in the dealer application.
  • Top Menu Preference: A new user preference has been added to show a menu with the top header along with the side-panel menu.

Dealer Administrative Portal & System Updates

  • Recently Viewed Header Menu: Recently viewed records such as customers and devices are now easily selectable as a header menu, a full list is available in the side-panel menu.
  • Agency System Codes: Now agency system codes for law enforcement may be exported for additional auditing and verification.
  • TIP: Check the Configuration page for the Device as it includes recommended programming for the particular product and firmware version.
