Dashboard View -- Everything on ONE screen

The brand-new Dashboard view, selectable from the Monitor menu, displays: Cameras, Tasks, Arming Areas, Zones & Sensors, Doors & Outputs, Lights, HVAC Thermostats, and Recent Activity all in the same place on the same screen. It will appear as the first option in the Monitor menu if the user has permissions to view at least two of these types of items, not including tasks.

Emergency Response Platform for First Responders

The emergency first-responder platform is built-in the Connect ONE Dealer Application. Agencies such as police department personnel may be added as users of the platform. An agency login is different than a typical dealer login, when an agency logs into the application they will only see customer site locations they have been shared access to by the dealer, the shared access will only allow certain designated permissions. Those permissions are whether they can login to the customer site/app, activate the emergency dashboard, and/or add/modify system codes including access credentials for said customers. Now you can partner with local first responders to create safer experiences for the public. This service is included with any Connect ONE service level at no additional charge.

Cansec MAP Access Controller Integration

The Connect ONE hosted platform brings seamless cloud control to a wide range of devices and systems through a single management interface. With the new integration partnership, MAP access controllers have the capability of easy, outbound only network communications and additional management control through the Connect ONE Application. Users can accomplish a wide range of programming and scheduling tasks without additional hardware such as an intrusion panel, streamlining projects while adding capabilities.

ESSENTIAL Service Fee Structure -- Simple One-Time Base Fee

Connect ONE is offered in three service levels: ESSENTIAL, ESSENTIAL+, and PRO (refer to chart below). The ESSENTIAL service level is now billed at a nominal one-time base fee with no recurring fees unless additional services are subscribed such as door access reporting or non-alarm zone status logging, for example.

The ESSENTIAL service is a great option for your small commercial, with only a few employees, and residential clients. They will receive all the benefits of a powerful, convenient, and easy-to-use cloud service without associated recurring fees, unless additional services are subscribed.

BOSCH B/G 3.15 Firmware Now Supports User Group Schedules & Holiday Index Management!

User Group Schedules with Bosch B series and G series control panels with firmware version 3.15 now support complete management including holidays. The user groups are used to define time parameters to authorize access for personnel.

DMP Persistent Connection Method - No Inbound Ports & Fast Command Processing!

The DMP XR & XF Series control panels may now be programmed with a persistent connection option. Once programmed, the control panel makes an outbound connection to the Connect ONE cloud and the connection is held open. Since this is an outbound direction, no incoming ports need to be open on the customer's firewall, and since the connection is held, commands are sent back in near real-time for processing on the panel. It is the best of all worlds, no open ports and fast command processing!

Multi-Sensors Supported for Temperature, Humidity, & Carbon Dioxide!

The Network Gateway accepts up to 6 combination carbon dioxide/temperature/humidity sensors (all 6 connected sensors must be of the same type ex) all G01, HUM, or CO2 - see sensors below), and the same gateway can also accept multiple 1-wire temperature probes plus a fire alarm panel printer connection, at the same time.

Recent Usability Improvements

Customer Management Portal

  • Temporary Schedule Improvement: The optional schedule temporary start/end timeframes have been improved. Now you can specify a start date without an end date. This allows a schedule to be setup ahead of time thereby activated at a future start date and remain in place permanently without an ending deactivation date.

Dealer Administrative Portal & System Updates

  • Salient CompleteView NVR Systems are now Compatible: Live & Playback viewing of cameras as well as Video Verification linked to Event Activity is fully supported. To support all browsers and apps, a fully-qualified domain name and trusted SSL certificate is required on the NVR otherwise the Image Proxy Service level will need to be enabled.
  • TIP: Check the Configuration page for the Device as it includes recommended programming for the particular product and firmware version.

Did You Know? Built-In Messaging

A simple yet convenient method for your customers to message personnel within Connect ONE.

Connect ONE includes a method when viewing a user to send a quick message via email, SMS, or push notification. Typical examples might include that their guest has arrived, a package is ready for pickup in the lobby, or their access credential is ready for use and/or permissions have been modified.
